Spinal extension exercises
Our clinic is delighted to share the most effective spinal extension exercises , referred to patients with intervertebral disc prolapse / disc bulge ,sciatic pain and patients with weak spine extensors.
Though theses exercises are more safe and can be performed by all age group, we strongly recommend to take the advise of qualified Physiotherapist before start practicing these exercises.

Don't combine these exercises with other exercises known to you
1. Extensor stretching exercise
Bend your one leg with the help of hands and stretch the other leg , repeat this exercise with the other leg
2.Full spine streaching exercises
3.Spinal twisting exercises
4.Bhujangasana- effective work out for upper back
5.Upside down lying -leg raising without knee bend-effective buttok and low back muscles work out
7. Cat and camal exercise-good for small joints present in the vertebral column
8. Setubandasana is a yoga exercises helps to keep the natural lumbar curvature ,avoids constipation,good for
diabetes and Thyroid patients
9. Seated spine twisting posture - helps to tighten the side muscles of abdomen -perform it for both sides
